Location
Information & Special Instructions
This is where you can update/change
the venue information or contact person if needed. The SECOND
location is for the times when we DJ the ceremony, as well
as the reception, and it is in a different place.
Under the location information,
you will see an area where you can fill in the names of
the other vendors that we will be working with. This is
a very important area that helps us work along with the
other professionals as a team. We like to coordinate with
them ahead of time, as well as at the reception.
Then the last part lets us
know how many guests will be in attendance and the ratio
of the ages. We also include an area where you can list
any special announcements that you may want us to make.
